House Favorite Cinnamon Rolls! ❄️ this (or some version of this) has been my go to recipe for the last 5+ years, and here’s why: 1) it’s very hands off, literally. It’s the @breadin5 method for brioche and I find it’s doable and even forgiving for semi-clumsy bakers like myself. 🤡 2) the bread itself is SO GOOD. The worst thing about most cinnamon rolls is the hard, dry, or crunchy exteriors - but this one uses brioche which is buttery and lush and tastes amazing all the way from edge to center! The dough bakes up to be rich but not heavy; light, buttery, and tender. 3) the filling is not overly cinnamon and the glaze is not overly cream cheesey. Both are there, but in (I think) perfectly balanced moderation. 💕 Seeing your submissions for the Holiday Bucket List over these last few weeks has been so amazing! Just the most fun.
