When @snoopdogg got the gym 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♂️ going... As you can tell, I didn't do the London Marathon Virtual effort today because of the weather and cancelations with my 18 mile Tune Up with NYRR - a race that I signed up for to use as a way to be semi supported for part of the 26.2 effort. After having a good cry and light meltdown, I was reminded that I have a crap ton of races left on the schedule, training is never a waste of time AND I can reframe everything. @300poundsandrunning went to the gym today and I LOVE any opportunity to lift heavy things. S-xual Eruption was definitely the gym's happy place. I almost forgot how much I love going to the gym in person and with an accountability buddy. I'll be doing this more often especially after marathon training season starts to settle. Today's Session: 75 minutes of deadlifts (max 265# for today to keep it on the lighter side for me), 185# max on bench and a bunch of other stuff that I cannot remember including this moment. I was just glad to be back in the game for something. P.S.
