🍗 Back Squats 🍗
When? When you’re tryna get so thiccc everybody else in the room so uncomfortable. Why? Because they’ll blow up your legs, duh
Low Bar (slides 2/3)
- upper back/core braced
- bar resting below traps, along rear delts
- slight lean forward with the torso
- hip dominant
High Bar (slides 4/5)
- upper back/core braced
- bar resting on/along the traps
- more upright torso
- knee dominant
Things to keep in mind: where you decide to place the bar will dictate how your squat feels/what it looks like so play around with both and find what feels best for you. It’s a lot less scary than it looks so don’t overthink it, you’ll be fine 🤘🏽
