13th in the World 10,000m. Same result as Tokyo last year, but unfortunately this one was a lot more frustrating. My training and racing so far this season indicated I was ready for something better than that, so I was pretty gutted after just feeling flat. I’m sad/mad/frustrated for now because I care a lot and have high standards for myself. Definitely going to sit on this one for a bit and I know in the future I’ll be better for it. And then I’ll move on! Thank you so much to everyone who gave kind words, congratulations, and cheers.
