We're back with another variation on our favorite healthy snack...Hummus!! π
Follow this simple recipe that is packed with flavor and enjoy as a spread or dip!
π RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
2 cups drained well-cooked or canned chickpeas
1β2 cup tahini
1β4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves peeled garlic π§
Juice of 1 lemon π
1 tablespoon of Ride βEm Gaucho BLND
*Garnish with your favorite veggies π

*Add Salt + Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place the chickpeas, tahini, Ride βEm Gaucho BLND, oil, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor, sprinkle with salt and pepper and process; add chickpea liquid or water as needed to produce a smooth pureΜe.
Serve, drizzled with some olive oil and garnish with your favorite veggies.
