Miss Universe Philippines #CelesteCortesi wore a remarkable ‘Save The Children’ cape to the swimsuit portion of the competition—paying homage to her journey with the children survivors of the Marawi Siege in 2017. During Cortesi’s outreach program with the organization, the beauty queen, together with the children, created the cape using their bare hands as stamps.
