Wow, today is the day! After about 4 years of sitting and understanding, I finally have released my debut record “old armor.” It’s beautiful to see it soar and fly even if parts of me never wanted it go. I’m honored to share the vulnerability from my heart and soul even when it was scary to. All the personal pain, tears, battles and triumphs have led me to a crossroads of either letting go or never letting go. I chose to surrender and honor the versions of me that I’m proud of and also the ones that I wasn’t so proud of. I will choose to forgive myself and keep forgiving. I embrace the journey in all of its messiness and beauty. I realize at the end of day, the compassion and care I give myself is the most important. Seeing little Z have fun with drums from the old videos makes me happy and makes me remember the light and fire that is still there to keep going forward!
