Chicken Pot Pie 🥧 for @jasonking & The jacket stays🤣 Sorry I’m no chef and I don’t have exact measurements but here is what I used😅❤️ Baby carrots Peas Potatoes Corn Rotisserie Chicken 1/2 onion Garlic Cream of mushroom soup Heavy cream Handful of mushrooms chopped Broth Butter Puff pastry Instructions *I start by chopping all of my veggies the best part about this meal is you can add anything you want! *I first cook all of the vegetables together the ones that take longer first! *add cream of mushroom broth & heavy cream *I seasoned with salt pepper paprika and chicken bouillon seasoning. (I add cayenne pepper to my own later I like it spicier) *Add tablespoon of Flour before the chicken then stir in rotisserie chicken ! *when veggies are cooked well is when I add my chicken! *Roll out pull pastry! Measure using baking cups about half inch over then cut. *I cleaned my counter then put flour on it so it won’t stick. I lined my chicken pot pie with puff pastry, but I also read you can cook it first actor lining before adding the mixture I’ll try that next time! *Stuff Pot Pie with mixture and seal with Puff pastry I fold and then use for to make the crust and add some air vents in middle with knife. *Then make an egg wash and brush it over the top. *I baked for about 30 minutes on 375 but I think my oven takes longer than most so trust your judgment & keep an eye out ! *I served to bubba next day reheated *To reheat I covered with foil for 15 minutes in oven on 375 degrees then 5 minutes in air fryer so the crust was nice and crispy !
