Helloooo
Hereโs a little bit of my day from yesterday. I started the day I always do ... oatmeal ๐ฅฐ. Afterwards, I hit the gym and did a little 30 minute walk and an hour lift. I followed that up with coffee and a little outdoor stroll and a visit to the little free libraries along the path. On the way I saw this absolutely gorgeous butterfly and was able to video it before it flew away. Iโm absolutely obsessed with its colors. I refueled after so much movement with some lunch. I spent the afternoon reading my book, Elatsoe by @dr.littlebadger , and had a poke bowl for dinner.
