Absolutely loved my workout yesterday and here are some of the movements you can add to yours! I used a 25 lb ball for the first pick up - concentrating on keeping the ball facing the same way. I used a heavier 40 lb ball for the side pick up really firing the obliques and making sure I didn’t let my lower back jump in. We don’t always pick things up in front of us but also from the side in real life situations! It’s great to train for them at different angles too! The second was a flow I had fun with! πŸ€— love adding in yoga elements to my training inbetween the heavier stuff! It was everything - strength, mobility, coordination, flexibility, stability, endurance, cardio and FUN. 🌈 The third was peg pull ups. I really do believe having the skill to pull your own bodyweight up is so important.
