I absolutely love starting every day with a nutritious smoothie. I never know just how my day is going to go but I love the stability of getting nutrients in first thing. It sets up my day, supports my body and makes me feel great. If your unfamiliar with making smoothies I recommend using the @nutribulletuk as it’s really affordable and good quality. The basics are using a banana, spinach and nut milk or coconut water, then next using a protein powder, and lastly picking what ever else you are craving like- ☀️ berries ☀️ tropical fruit ☀️ or nuts If I need it as meal replacement I add chia seeds/oats/granola to bulk it up.
