Friendly reminder to take care of yourself! Lots of heavy news in the past couple of weeks, things that make us feel helpless and stuck in our feelings. Find someone to talk to, rest! I know that’s the hardest homework for me... because when we are busy we ignore, we suppress. Our mental health health depends on it though.
