One of the noticeable trends over the past year has been from couples looking to make environmentally-friendly choices when planning their weddings. But there's often this stigma that an 'eco-friendly' wedding is going to look a bit, well, 'eco'. But, rest-assured, there are plenty of ways to weave in sustainable choices into your wedding without needing to compromise on style, as this shoot we coordinated last summer goes to show.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As well as choosing local suppliers, this gorgeous stationery by @loupaper_ uses recycled materials, with the papers created from the by-products of food waste. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The linen napkins and runner are hand-dyed by @miasylviaa - beautiful fabrics hand-dyed using leftover everyday food items such as avocado skins and stones to give them their beautiful hue. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And the beautiful floral displays created by @louisejlangdon use locally-grown, seasonal British flowers, reducing their carbon footprint. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All really easy-to-add sustainable options, without needing to compromise on style or quality!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Looking for more ideas for how to weave in sustainable choices into your day?
