I love keeping it 💯 during my classes. Being silly, talking about the struggle and connecting with people over things like Asthma 😂 @eqxplus @equinox @doyourumble . . 👉🏽I never really taught tread in my life because I had a bad relationship with running. I started to put in the work and rose to the challenge. I love watching this class back because I did something that made me uncomfortable and I proved myself wrong.
