Why does your mindset matter? - If it takes you 1, 2, or 3+ years to reach your fitness goals and you criticize and hate yourself along the way, the day you reach that magic size or number on the scale- your brain won’t spontaneous go, “yeah, I love myself now!” That’s not how it works. - Why does the mentally of “getting back up and trying again” only pertain to everything outside of health and fitness? Like riding a bike... you fall. You get back up and try again. You don’t say, “well, I tried once. I’m just not meant to ride a bike.” - Stop telling yourself you don’t deserve to look good. Stop telling yourself you CANT eat foods you love AND reach your goals. You try and keep trying until it sticks... until you learn how to make it work within your lifestyle. - You have to start loving yourself NOW, before you reach your goals if you ever expect to be truly happy once you get there. - You just have to start small. Stop picking yourself apart when you look in the mirror. Instead, what’s something you LIKE about you? Stop focusing on how long the journey is and start applauding yourself for even starting in the first place. - What is one thing you can say right now that will better your love for yourself?
