Well, our job is to promote cool local businesses all over the Chicagoland area, plan events for the Yelp Elite Squad and the wider community, sponsor cool events around town, connect with local business owners and answer questions about all things Yelp, and more. ⁠Learn a little more about us 👇 ⁠ 📍 Favorite place in the Chicagoland area Kate M: Definitely @mondogbeach, it’s the happiest place on earth! 🐶 Mirella K: Oh boy, how does one choose?! I think my fav place in the Chicagoland area is the Chicago Riverwalk @chicago_riverwalk. Bars, restaurants, drinks, good food - all served with an up-close view of our magnificent city! Kesha C: My favorite place is @chicagobotanic. During the summer it is a beautiful place to walk around and enjoy all of the scenery and floral. 📖 Fun Fact⁠ Kate M: I’m a bravoholic – if anyone wants to discuss trash tv, I’m your girl 🙋‍♀️ Mirella K: I’m a (fraternal) twin, I’ve never broken a bone, and I’m bilingual in English & Polish! Kesha C: I’m allergic to curry - both airborne and consumption! 😆 🍴 Loves to grab food at⁠... Kate M: I’ve been to @gatherchicago more times than I can count, and it never fails. I’ll rave about their brussel sprouts to anyone who’ll listen. 📢 Mirella K: @salsa17grill is my Holy Grail. They have the BEST steak fajitas in town. Get a marg & their tableside guac and you’ve got yourself a 5 star meal 🥑 Kesha C: @miramarbistro has the BEST French Onion Soup! The caramelization of the onions, the sweetness of the broth, plus the CHEESE PULL - enough said! 🍕 All Time Favorite Food⁠ Kate M: Does a spicy margarita count as food?! @tucoandblondie is one of my favorite neighborhood spots. Mirella K: It’s a tie between sushi and carne asada tacos. Some of my go-to taco spots are @tacos_jerez, @fat_rosies and @elfamousburrito_mp 🌮Fav sushi spots are @shakouvibe, @sushitakuchicago, and @esushi.us 🍣 Kesha C: SUSHI 🍣 - my go to sushi restaurant is @hakuyasushi. I can always count on the quality, and flavors of each of their rolls to be equally delicious each time!
