Here are 4 crawls I did yesterday with a 20 lb slam ball! These movements are so fun for me! 🤗 I recommend warming up and preparing the wrists if your body isn’t used to crawls. Mine used to get irritated very quickly but they’ve built strength and endurance for these movements! I’ll still stretch them in-between if they’re having a day. Every day is different for our bodies though 🥰. Make sure you listen to it and take care of it as it needs!
