Gensler was commissioned to create a dynamic campus that would be a catalyst for future tenants and transform an underutilized gem into an active hub for professionals and the local community. The resulting development is Burlingame Point which covers 18 acres of land and offers tenants four office buildings ranging from five to eight stories, a two-story amenity building, and a six-level parking structure. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape, the whole campus points towards the San Francisco Bay and draws people to the outdoors.
