Il 2012 è stato un anno ricco di eventi nel mondo. Come non ricordare i Maya e quanto pronosticato, proprio nei giorni in cui il nostro futuro Barolo Riserva 2012 stava per iniziare un lungo affinamento in botte. Oggi ricorrono i 10 anni dalla profezia che fortunatamente non si è avverata e abbiamo così potuto portare a termine anche quell’anno la produzione del nostro vino😉 Le migliori uve di Liste, Fossati e Cannubi. Fermentazione spontanea in cemento per 2 settimane e successiva mecerazione a cappello sommerso per 50 giorni. Seguono poi 6 anni di affinamento in botte grande di rovere di Slavonia. Grande concentrazione di frutta rossa e spezie, corpo e acidità sostenuta. Un vino importante, equilibrato e ricco di prospettive per un radioso futuro. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete for 2 weeks and subsequent submerged cap meceration for 50 days. Then follows 6 years of aging in big Slavonian oak barrels.
