Dad 2.0, I have no words. My heart is absolutely broken. Today was one of the hardest days I’ve ever had to face. Losing a parent is not fair. I would do absolutely anything to be able to go out for breakfast one more time with you. To listen to all your dirty trucker jokes again. To see you yell “bacon, bacon, bacon” at Dixie. But most of all, just one last big hug. Thank you for adopting me and treating me as one of your own. Always being there for me and being the best second dad a girl can ask for.
