Prized peppers - farmers have been bringing their best crops to the MN state fair since 1850s 10-11. Family fair lore: my dad’s a Bottle Game champ (20+ years running). He practices in the garage each summer, wins every time, and my mom makes him give away the prizes (neighbors sometimes wake up to stuffed animals on their porch lol) 12. Midway rides 13-14..
