The founders of the iconic London restaurant Moro bring you bold Moorish flavours from southern Spain to North Africa, based on recipes from their new book Moro Easy. It's a meze menu based around a delicately spiced tagine, with slow-cooked lamb shoulder and homemade harissa for a grilled pepper kick. There's couscous, beetroot salad and za’atar-dusted flatbreads, perfect for dunking into labneh infused with coriander and fennel seed oil.
