This summer, I had the chance to study at Orford Musique twice, experiencing both the beginning and the height of summer. I am so grateful to have learned from Ana Sokolović, Zoey Cochran, Francis Perron, and Christian Immler. 🇨🇦🇩🇪🇨🇭I got to compose and sing in French and Cantonese, play the harp, dance with professional performers, and most importantly make lifelong friends across different disciplines.🎹🎻🎷🪗 🎭It all began with philosophy, poetry, puppetry, shadow play, clowning, and more, all in French. Then, I returned to work on lieder and chanson and had the chance to perform at the Beau concert de la relève. 🦌🌅One highlight was a sunset bike ride around the island, when a deer leapt out of the forest and ran alongside us for a few moments. Learning in such an environment was truly magical and unforgettable.🚲 Also, a lovely group photo was taken at the exact moment a bee flew across my face/eyes!🐝 A heartfelt thank-you to the @operahongkong LKSF-OHK Young Artist Overseas Fellowship Programme for their support in making this possible.🤩
