Preworkout: Large water with electrolytes, then 2 dates stuffed with cashews and flaky salt Breakfast: Breakfast snack plate (from @Sarahgrace) -cottage cheese -turkey bacon -egg -berries -iced honey collagen cashew milk latte (Then supplements after) Lunch: Greek Salad (inspo from @Liv) -kale -chicken sausage -cucumber -feta -cherry tomato -Greek olives -pickled onions -red wine vinegar/evoo -hummus -cottage cheese -pumpkin seeds -hemp seeds Snack: @Elevated Gains protein bar (local Denver brand!) Dinner: Viral hot honey beef bowl (my absolute obsession) -taco beef -cottage cheese -baked sweet potato -cheese -avocado -sautéed kale Dessert: Healthy apple pie filling! Yay first fall recipe! (Filling) -1/2 apple -cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice - @Björn’s Colorado Honey whipped cinnamon honey -splash of water Cook on stove top til apples soften. Top w Greek yogurt + walnuts!
