This is a snippet from a bigger project with a big meaning with @rojal_jerome coming soon. 🖤 TW: Colorism Growing up I really hated my skin tone and thought ‘I was punished’ to have a skin tone as dark as mine, the environment around me told me I was too dark and ‘blick’ and that effected the way I saw myself for many many years. This short clip shows what the power of representation would’ve done for me at 13 years old.
