Worth it? 😍 @bar_centifolia in Tokyo is more of a show than a bar and we loved every minute! 🍸🪄 Yuzo Kumai is a cocktail champion bartender and a watching him work is spectacular! There’s no set menu but this video gives you an idea of the types of drinks you can order: “Fire show” is self explanatory and there’s also the popcorn drink (big white drink), old fashioned, mojito, Japanese whiskey on the rocks, and the strawberry puree drink made with dry ice! Reservations must be made in advance and I would also request to sit at the bar to make sure you get to enjoy the cocktail making experience! The cocktails are quite expensive even for Tokyo.
