"Everything during the process of the creation of the film was collage-like, made alongside the incredible hearts of Ada Chen, Anahita Amirshahi, Dan Chang, Kelley Grade, Matt Barniea, Celena Urabe, Davyana San Miguel and many others. ⠀ The filming occurred in different portions throughout the year and was approached differently each time. And learning this type of collage-like process of writing, shooting, editing, researching, writing bleeds through in the film. ⠀ This process is the best, allowing any ideas that were initially there to be ripped apart, crumpled up, taped together, and compounded with others. Film is alive and random, and rather than covering up everything unknown that comes with using emulsion, a curiosity can occur to unearth things of special mistakes.
