Working remote in Costa Rica be like...This December, I wanted to try something different. Feeling burnt out, I wanted to go somewhere for a few weeks where I could be productive but encourage myself to recoup as well. We live in a world where working remote is more common than ever. We missed travelling during the pandemic, but the one great thing to come from it is the ability to work from anywhere in the world is now very feasible. After a very long winter in 2021 that coupled with the toughest year of my life, I decided to venture into the world solo. I was nervous as it had been years since I had been outside of North America. I wanted to see if I could do what I would normally do for work but from somewhere with sunny skies and good vibes. I came across Santa Teresa... A lively and laid back surf town. It was just what I was looking for to have some productive work coupled with adventure to round out the year. If you can’t find someone to travel with or want to shake up your life, I highly recommend trying something similar! I will be back 🏄‍♂️ ☀️ Thanks to the friends I made along the way.
