One of the most vulnerable and difficult things I had to do was finally make a video of the theme song capturing the raw moments of shedding and breaking the armor off. I embrace the armor for keeping me safe for so long! I’ve worn it over my heart, protecting my body from pain and hurt. Finally, this song is an ode to embracing it yet letting it fly free. I’m still living through the album, processing, moving, breaking through. It’s all about self-compassion and patience on my journey. I wanna thank my buddy, Tanner, for helping me make this song come to life with his spirit and signature guitar playing.
