First and foremost I want to thank this amazing community for the way you have all rallied around me. Processing the traumatic incident with Virgin Atlantic has been really hard. I’m scared to fly again if I’m being honest. After going viral on both Twitter and here Virgin still has not responded to the situation. I’m not letting them get away with this.
