Ayyyye, Happy Meal Prep Sunday Y'all - Daniel Fast Edition 🌿 After sharing my grocery haul, today I’m locking in the meals that will carry me through this week of the Daniel Fast! Nothing too fancy or time consuming, just simple, intentional, and all plant based! This week’s meal prep includes: 🍚 Stir-fry rice bowls 🥒 Cucumber salads 🍍 Yellow dragon fruit & pineapple 🍎 Apple cinnamon overnight oats for breakfast and all natural ingredient Lara Bars for quick snacks! This is my firs Daniel Fast and I'm honestly learning along the way. What I can tell you is, it isn’t about perfection it's about your walk with God and getting better mentally, physically, and spiritually ... I meal prep regularly because Proper preparation prevents poor performance. Having food ready helps remove distractions so we can stay focused on prayer, discipline, and spiritual growth.
