836M is delighted to announce the addition of French disco pop band L’IMPÉRATRICE to the program of events marking the dedication of La Rose des Vents on September 15! The dedication ceremony, which is free and open to all, will begin at 5 pm on the 15th, and L’Impératrice’s hourlong set will start at 6 pm.
