Ive been sitting here on the cliff in beautiful Aljezur, Portugal after a strong Satsang with a beautiful realised woman. It’s working through me now. I’m watching this little dog endlessly waiting for his surfing dad to come back. To me this image reflects isolation in a beautiful world. So much pain in the name of love. And all of it created by the illusions of the mind. That’s the part that breaks my heart. So here’s to this moment here and now. Seeing the creative and destructive Illusions knowing deeply that we are in fact, always free ♥️
