HOT HONEY SALMON + MANGO QUINOA SALAD 😮💨 Salmon (serves 2): - 2 salmon fillet - 1 tbsp TJ’s crunchy chili onion - 1 tsp chili powder - 1/2 tsp each: smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder - salt & pepper to taste Mango quinoa salad (serves 2-3) - 1.5 cups cooked quinoa - 1 larg mango - 1 red bell pepper - 1/4 small red onion - 1 avocado - 1/2 cucumber -1/3 cup chopped cilantro - juice of 1-2 limes - salt & pepper to taste - drizzle of hot honey @Nature Nate’s Instructions: 1. Start by seasoning salmon & bake at 450°F for approx. 10-15 minutes 2. Prepare salad & add salmon once finished 3.
