Branding is integral to a workplace to truly immerse employees and visitors in the company’s vision and values. Walker & Dunlop's brand colors of navy, cyan, and copper are thoughtfully deployed throughout their workplace. The brand design incorporates the blue tone through engaging messaging, while the architectural design includes the cooper in unique ways, such as the demountable wall system frames. Ancillary furniture was specifically chosen to have the comforts of a home, with upholstered chairs, luxurious textiles, and layered wood tones. The furniture evolves throughout the project, changing textiles to correspond with the unique experiences across the three floors.
