I told Noah today we are going to Hawaii for my birthday one last time together before there are 3 of us☀️🌺 the feeling of being on this island is unlike any other. How fun will it be though when I retake these photos next year & there is a little nugget crawling around in the background. I cried when I got these photos back from @estherscanon because the happiness & peace I felt is just tooooooo real.
