The best way for me to get results and meet my goals is to stick to a schedule (with lots of wiggle room). After having my babies I decided flat out, that no, I was not going to be out of shape. I didn’t like how that made me feel, so I stuck to a schedule of 20 min every morning of strength training and 15 min every night, not a lot but done every single day makes a meaningful difference! I often dragged myself out of a comfy spot to do my workouts but knew I would feel better for it.
I’d say the same applies to almost everything in life, plug away at it a little every day and you will get there.

In wanting to be good to the environment I focus on every new purchase I have to bring into my home. Being mindful of everything we surround ourselves with. 💚💚💚
