November’s #Smörgåsbird menu is pretty pretty great. @mattschalerofficial is serving a menu inspired by the food he grew up with at his parent’s restaurants in Florida. Here is green walnut butter with caviar horns that accompanies the “Complimentary Rolls” to start the meal. Plus, a tableside Salad Bar with the Beet French Dressing that helped him get the job back in early 2019. I’m pretty excited about the Vested Shrimp from @transparentseafarm with pancetta cotto & pineapple bbq. Great job @birdiegsla team!!!
