I found ramps in Phoenix (Whole Foods on 20th)! I haven't seen any since we moved out west and I am so excited. I'm making pesto and pickling some tonight and tomorrow I'll be making something with them and eggs for breakfast, and maybe some compound butter. There's so many possibilities!
