Trip update(day 1): We spent a few hours at Venice beach, and stumbled across Maui skate shop. I’m just starting out, and I thought that a great board would help me improve a lot. I learned how to apply grip tape, and I skated around a bit after that. I’m so new that these people are very intimidating, even if they are very nice.
