I took a class today with my friends @galaortin and @mskaitlinrobbins taught by @valchangyoga and it was such a challenging class. At moments I was shaking and thinking to myself,” wow I haven't been pushed like this in so long. I feel so damn alive.” I was also sandwiched between two incredible souls with great energy and I realized how powerful of an experience it is to go through challenge together as a community. To push ourselves together and to let go of heaviness together. To be honest I have been pretty depressed for the last few months. I have been going through some heart healing that drained me of my confidence and my energy for life. I want to send a thank you to every yoga teacher that holds space for communities to come together. Whether you are practicing virtually with me on @fitonapp or practicing with me in person at @aloyoga @alolosangeles I am so honored to be able to hold space for you and your journey.
