You don't have to solve everything, and you can still find peace and grow in the wild of changing things. __ One of the major things I love about making quizzes/activities like this is that, in life, there are so many times when making a decision is a very stressful thing. My hope is that -- for 60 seconds of the day, this is a moment where you made a choice, and on the other side of it was something low-pressure, yet still meaningful, AND no matter what you chose, you get to take something with you. It's such a small thing, but perhaps, making slowing down to make one small choice can be practice for everything else.
