Real things I said in sessions (and at Shine Away) this past week: 1. Your body is sending you signals all the time. Slow down, turn inward, and see if you can hear what it’s trying to tell you. → Because awareness starts with listening. Your body often knows what your mind hasn’t yet put into words. 2. There’s a difference between reacting and responding. Let’s see if we can pause and respond instead of react. → That pause is the space where choice lives, and where change begins. 3. Your life may not look like the fairytale you imagined as a child - and that’s more than okay. → Letting go of the fantasy makes room for gratitude and peace in the life you actually have. 4. Remember: You are the expert on you. → Trusting your inner wisdom is the foundation of lasting confidence and self-compassion. 5. Let’s get curious - what do you think got in the way of that? → Curiosity helps you move from self-blame to understanding, which is where growth happens. 6. If it’s not simple, it’s not sustainable.
