For years I felt that it was necessary for me to prove my pride by making my life extra accessible for this one month out of the year. And nearly always for free, or in exchange for major corporate brands unfulfilled promises to the #LGBTQIA+ community. Even well-meaning folx unintentionally take advantage of #Queer & #Marginalized people in order to rock the rainbow during June. No more.
