A successful career looks differently to me now then what it did 5 years ago..
What i used to think it was..
🚫 Working so hard to didn’t have time for anything else because you were too busy
🚫Always striving for MORE and constantly moving my goal posts
🚫Having a big Buisness with lots of staff
🚫Winning awards or getting praise from your industry
🚫Always looking the part by buying expensive things
🚫Feeling more significant to the people around you
🚫Putting your buisness needs first
While having drive ambition is totally ok and can be positive thing, the last 3 years being apart of @thestudioupstairs_ has really changed my definition of the meaning “success” I’ve realised that I don’t want to succeed in just owning a buisness.
Having a successful LIFE is the goal and bi products of owning a financially rewarding buisness.. once I got my head around that everything has made so much more sense 🤎🤍
