Available as a whole pizza only - and pairs well with a glass of Lambrusco 💕 Traditionally made with flatbread, musakhan is described by @sami_tamimi in his stellar book with Tara Wigley, “Falastin,” as the national dish of Palestine, typically made during olive oil-pressing season, but it’s now popular year-round.
