Oh hello. This is "Hallowed." Available now on on all streaming platforms. "Hallowed" is our most emotional song to date, and it's been 10 years in the making. It's one of the first things that Mikael and I wrote together, and I think for me, it was the thing that solidified my resolve to take this new musical venture seriously. The Age of Madness catalog covers an array of different rock styles, but "Hallowed" is its heart. It's a song about fathers and children, and about how relationships change when the little kid starts to grow up. Centered around a father who loved reading Harry Potter to his young daughter, "Hallowed" evokes the joy and heartache of loving a child and nearly losing yourself within that love. But ultimately, it's a song of hope, of second chances, and how our favorite stories can strengthen our bonds to one another. Also, although the song doesn't really carry any Halloween themes beyond the obvious Harry Potter references, we just couldn't help but release it during the holiday with which it shares its namesake. 🎨: @mlr3nt
