A1) Strict Dips 4x10/10/6/6 (last two sets weighted)
B1) Seated Lat Pulldown 4x10-12
B2) Mid/Upper Back focused Rows 4x10-12
C1) Low Incline DB Chest Press 4x8-12
C2) Seated Cable Flys 4x12-15
D1) Tricep Ext. 2-3xAMRAP
