Today, the City’s flags are at half-staff in honor of Edmond police Sgt. C.J. Nelson. This evening, Skydance Bridge will also be lit blue. On behalf of the people of Oklahoma City, I send our deepest condolences to the Nelson family, the Edmond Police Department and the people of Edmond.
