“Homemade” vegan soup! Consider this my version of Hoppin’ John (Hoppin’ Jackie?) cuz eating healthy will bring you prosperity & happiness! Veggie broth, onion, cabbage, mushrooms, spinach, pinto beans, brown rice (which I was just informed is a no-no!?) & @anthonysgoods TVP - which stands for Textured Vegetable Protein and turns into a nutty, ground meat-like hearty crumble. Look, even Miss Toni is licking her lips just smelling it! Seasoned with lots of good stuff, including peppery Ajika Georgian mix from @traderjoes & @bragg amino acids which add a salty (so use sparingly!) beefiness. As you can see, Darlin is very intrigued by this witchy vegan alchemy... 🌱💚
